Reload both the Netflix tab and the extension. Make sure all participants have WatchNest installed and are on the same Netflix page.

Contact us at hello@watchnest.party with the email used for payment and the plan name. Or use the self-service billing portal if available.
Check that all participants have the extension installed, are on a Netflix watch page, and that the room link was shared correctly.
